The Gasthaus zur Waldegg was built in 1871 in in the sunniest place of Central Switzerland in the middle of the incomparably beautiful landscape of Lake Lucerne. Since then, people from all over the world came here to experience the extraordinary.

The boutique hotel, expanded in 2014, is located on the outskirts of the city and in the recreation area (Allmend) of Lucerne. The central location offers a perfect starting point for business travelers as well as holiday guests.

From early November until the end of the year, we present a delightful winter dish:
Enjoy a double entrecôte topped with herb butter, served on a platter with vegetables and rösti croquettes. This dish is perfect for two who are in agreement on enjoying a hearty meal together.
